Wyrley Juniors order for Girls Football Week

Today is Day 1 of the latest Football Association-driven "Girls Football Week".

I am delighted to announce that local, Staffordshire club Wyrley Juniors have purchased a copy of my first book Leah and the Football Dragons for all their girls players in their Academy and their teams from Under 8s up to Under 13s.

This is an excitement opportunity for me, as the motivation behind the first story was that girls in football is still less publicised than the men's game.

The books will be presented to Keith Hardy at the club on Tuesday night, the 26th April.

Each of the recipients will also be presented with a numbered book mark. On a date to be determined, a winner will be randomly selected to win a signed copy of Leah and the Waiting Game or the new release Leah and the Final Whistle?
